'The Kingdom is like a mustard seed' Matthew 13:31

A New Presbyterian Church

It is exciting when God plants a new work. Our churches uphold the historic Westminster Standards and are committed to supporting one another in life, ministry and mission.

Committed to

  • Promoting the Historic Westminster Confession and Catechisms

  • Supporting elders of local congregations in their ministries

  • Worship that is Reformed, dignified and spiritual

  • Training future ministers who commend humbly the Reformed ministry

  • Nurturing the continental Reformed vision of a presbytery that supports local elders

Gathering

Our first Presbytery Meeting was held on 28 November 2025. We had representatives from eight churches, three of which were able to sign Articles of Association to formally plant this new work. Prayers, counsel and encouragements were shared as steps were agreed to strengthen and support our churches and mission.

Public Worship

Our Churches uphold the Westminster Directory of the Public Worship of God. There is a shared commitment to Biblical, God-glorifying worship in our churches, and an understanding that as contexts vary there will be appropriate diversity of practice. More information about what this means can be found on our Resources Page.

Our Vision

Trinity Presbytery is seeking to live out and commend an approach to Reformed church life and ministry that is rooted in a Continental Reformed expression of the Westminster Confession. This seeks to value local churches and fosters humble, mutual submission between churches. While Trinity Presbytery is a new work of God, it is rooted in historic and long cherished approaches to Presbyterianism.
